Getting to Tenuta Corbinaia

From Florence Airport (FLR)

By Car (Recommended)

  • Car rental desks are available directly at Florence Airport.

  • Follow directions toward Montespertoli / Empoli, then continue to Tenuta Corbinaia.

  • The drive takes around 45–60 minutes and passes through scenic Tuscan hills and vineyards.

By Taxi or Private Transfer

  • A taxi or pre-booked private transfer is the most comfortable option.

  • Travel time is approximately 50 minutes.

  • This is ideal for guests arriving with luggage or late in the evening.

By Public Transport (Possible, but less convenient)

  • Take a taxi or tram from the airport to Florence city center.

  • From Florence Santa Maria Novella, take a train to Empoli.

  • From Empoli, continue by taxi to Tenuta Corbinaia (around 20 minutes).

From Pisa International Airport (PSA)

By Car (Recommended)

  • Rent a car at Pisa Airport.

  • The drive takes about 1 hour 15 minutes, mostly via highway, followed by countryside roads.

By Train

  • Take the PisaMover or taxi to Pisa Centrale train station.

  • From Pisa Centrale, take a train to Empoli or Florence, then continue by taxi to the venue.

  • Direct private transfers can be arranged from Pisa Airport.

From Bologna Airport (BLQ)

By Car (Recommended)

  • Car rental is available at Bologna Airport.

  • The drive takes approximately 1 hour 45 minutes, mostly on highways, then scenic local roads.

By Train

  • Take a train from Bologna Centrale to Florence Santa Maria Novella (high-speed trains available).

  • Continue by train to Empoli, then take a taxi to Tenuta Corbinaia.

Important Notes

Tenuta Corbinaia is located in the Tuscan countryside, and public transport does not reach the venue directly. A car or taxi is required for the final part of the journey.

  1. Taxis are available at all airports (Florence, Pisa, and Bologna). You can take a taxi directly upon arrival; however, this option is relatively expensive, especially from Pisa or Bologna.

  2. For this reason, we strongly recommend booking a private transfer in advance or renting a car, which is usually more cost-effective and flexible.

  3. Car rental desks are available at all airports, and having a car will also allow you to explore Tuscany before or after the wedding.

  4. If you choose to travel by train, please note that you will still need to take a taxi from Empoli to reach Tenuta Corbinaia.

  5. We recommend checking arrival times in advance, especially for late-night flights, as taxi availability may be limited at night in smaller towns.

  6. Parking is available at the venue for guests arriving by car.
